1 million times durability test
1 million times durability test as be verified in our plant, the results is promising, as shows below:
Input data
- Part No of the valve: RVL08-P0A-N-250
- System pressure: 23Mpa
- Preset pressure of the valve: 21Mpa
- Frequency: 1.5S
- Fluid temperature: 40-50℃.
Result
- The valve remains good in appearanc, qualified O-rings and sealings, no external leakage.
- Valve body: No fraut on the sharp corner is observed from projector and endoscope.
- Valve spool: No obvious abrasion is observed from projector.
- The free lengh of the spring is 42±0.5 in the begining, and 41.81 after 1million times durability test. Qualified.
- Performance test is qualified. The testing items are as below:
1）Pressure range: 3.5-25Mpa
2）Under the flow rate of 20L/min, the pressue adjustement performs well with no noice, the internal leakage is 4 drops/min.
Conclusion
The RVL type relief valve is qualitfied after 1million tims of durability test.
